1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Senditoo services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, Cookie
Policy, and Refund Policy.

2. Nature of Services
Senditoo provides technology-enabled payment facilitation services and operates in partnership with regulated financial
institutions.
Senditoo does not provide banking services and does not hold customer funds unless explicitly stated.

3. Eligibility
You must:
• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Pass required identity and compliance checks

4. User Obligations
You agree to:
• Provide truthful information
• Use services lawfully
• Not engage in fraud, money laundering, or prohibited activity

5. Account Suspension
Senditoo may suspend or terminate accounts where:
• Regulatory breaches occur
• Fraud or misuse is suspected
• False information is provided

6. Limitation of Liability
Senditoo is not liable for:
• Third-party bank delays
• Network outages beyond its control
• User-provided errors
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

SENDITOO – REFUND, REVERSAL & DISPUTE POLICY

1. Regulatory Context
Senditoo operates within strict financial services and card scheme rules. Transactions are processed in real time and may be
irreversible once completed.

2. Transaction Finality
A transaction is considered final once:
• It is authorised, and
• Funds are successfully delivered to the intended recipient or partner network.

3. Refund-Eligible Scenarios
Refunds may be issued where:
• A transaction fails but funds are debited
• Duplicate transactions occur
• A system or processing error is attributable to Senditoo or its partners
Refunds are made only to the original funding method.

4. Non-Refundable Transactions
Refunds will not be issued where:
• Incorrect recipient details were provided by the user
• Funds have already been received or withdrawn
• The transaction was authorised by the account holder
• Delays are caused by third-party banks or networks

5. Compliance & Investigation Holds
Refunds may be delayed or denied where:
• AML, fraud, or sanctions checks are ongoing
• Regulatory reporting obligations apply
• Law-enforcement instructions exist

6. Processing Time
• Approved refunds: 5–10 business days
• Actual credit timing depends on issuing banks

7. Fees
Transaction fees are non-refundable, except where legally required or where Senditoo is at fault.

8. Chargebacks
Customers must contact Senditoo before initiating a chargeback.
Abusive or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Senditoo (“Senditoo”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides digital payment facilitation and money service functionality through regulated
financial institutions and payment partners.
Senditoo does not hold customer funds directly and operates as:
• A technology and payment services platform, and/or
• An appointed agent / programme participant of regulated entities (Electronic Money Institutions, Payment Institutions,
banks, or licensed partners).
